| We are so glad you are interested in the Pathfinder Sunday School Class. Our class is comprised of young adults (ages 20 and 30-something), who are single, married, have dogs, or have kids.
We aim to be intentional in our ministry, both at Trenholm Road, and across the Midlands.
In our Sunday School class our classroom discussions are based on selected scriptural passages, and their application to our individual faith journies.. Tim Teaster teaches our class, and we are currently studying the Book of Acts and Romans.
Outside of class, we place a heavy emphasis on service and mission work. Many of our members have journeyed to El Salvador, Mexico, New Orleans, and various Salkehatchie sites. Our local projects include serving food at the Salvation Army, volunteering at the TRUMC Youth Pumpkin Patch, working at the Family Shelter and Epworth Children's Home, to name a few. Our belief is that we experience God together, through service!
Of course, we also enjoy spending time together in a more relaxed setting. As a class, we have lunch together on the last Sunday of every month, following the 11:00 AM worship service. Other activities include bowling, dinner out, boating and swimming at Lake Murray, and concerts at Finlay Park.
We are located at TRUMC in the Main Building, Room 112.
